Do I Need A Tax Attorney For An Irs Audit?

I received in the mail an audit from the IRS asking me to mail in some supporting Buy Generic Drugs documents for my deductions. I have the info they want. Should I hire a tax attorney to help with the audit or will I be ok mailing everything in on my own?
